We can guarantee the high quality of our BassBudsTM UK products, therefore in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your BassBudsTM UK product, simply send your package with your BassBudsTM Returns Form and we will make the necessary arrangements to refund you. You will be responsible for the postal charges to return any item(s) back to us.
We deliver to all UK addresses (including Northern Ireland) and the majority of countries worldwide.bDelivery is by an independent courier, you’ll find out which when you receive our confirmation email.
Standard delivery for the UK is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), generally from 7am to 8pm, we aim to get your purchase to you within 3-5 working days. Please allow 4-7 working for extended Bank Holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter.
If your order is being delivered by courier you can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email. Delivery times internationally may vary.
You have 7 working days from receipt of the package to test the product fully to see if it is a suitable purchase, after this period the "money back" guarantee is void.
The customer must then return their BassBudsTM UK product within 7 working days. A 'returns email instructions' can be sent by us - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more instructions. After 7 days with product period your BassBudsTM UK product will remain the property of the customer.
If your item develops a fault within its warranty, you are eligible for a repair or replacement. BassBudsTM UK will only reimburse postage costs for faulty items that are within their warranty.
You must return your faulty item(s) on instruction from the Customer Services Team; please email email@example.com and state the fault(s) you are experiencing.
The reimbursement will be capped in accordance with the below rates.

BassBudsTM UK will ship a replacement item to you in advance of receiving your faulty item if the recommended postal service takes longer than 10 working days to deliver to our Returns Department (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). This is subject to receiving sufficient proof that the faulty item is in the delivery network to the Returns Department; please email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for the proof required.

Please ensure that the BassBudsTM UK product (along with all the accessories) is returned in the original condition it was received. If the BassBudsTM or accessories are damaged in any way, then the 'Money Back Guarantee' will become void.
